Increased Precautions We're Taking in Response to COVID-19

LAST UPDATED ON 03/15/2021

As updates on the impact of the coronavirus continue to be released, we want to take a moment to inform you of the heightened preventative measures we have put in place at CTC Programs to keep our patients, their families, and our employees safe. All efforts are guided by and in adherence to the recommendations distributed by the CDC.

In adherence to the social distancing recommendations provided by the CDC, we have implemented strict protocols at our clinic to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

  • Patients who have active symptoms of illness or a fever of 100 degrees or higher must call ahead to arrange after-hours dosing.
  • The number of people allowed inside the building at any given time is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines.
  • The number of people waiting in line is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines, and those present must maintain a minimum distance of six feet from one another.
  • To maintain line restrictions, patients are asked to wait in their cars until direction is given.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

Please note that for the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff, there are certain restrictions in place regarding on-site visitation at CTC Programs.

  • These restrictions have been implemented in compliance with updated corporate and state regulations to further reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

About Eau Claire Comprehensive Treatment Center in Eau Claire, WI

Located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Eau Claire Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to adults age 18 and older of all genders.

We use medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and Suboxone to help patients stop using opioids and start functioning at a higher level. By taking part in MAT at our Eau Claire opioid addiction treatment center, patients can reduce opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

The support these medications provide make it much more likely that a person continues to engage in treatment, lowering their risk for experiencing relapse in the future. The expert team at our methadone clinic in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, collaborates with every patient to ensure that they receive the medication that is best for their recovery.

Individualized Treatment for Opioid Addiction in Eau Claire, WI

We understand that no two people find recovery in the exact same way. Every person has a different medical history, family background, and life experiences that may influence how opioid addiction affects them, and it’s important that the care our patients receive reflects their unique experiences.

The multidisciplinary team at our Eau Claire methadone clinic develops a personalized treatment plan for every patient. Each person takes part in a comprehensive intake assessment before starting any treatment, which allows us to gain a complete understanding of their medical history, challenges, and strengths so that we can help our patients build a foundation for long-term recovery.

Our Treatment Therapies

Unlike other methadone clinics, we understand that the use of medications such as methadone may not be enough to promote lasting recovery. At Eau Claire CTC, we combine medication with group and individual therapies to offer a whole-person approach to recovery.

The work our patients do in therapy sessions at our Eau Claire opioid addiction treatment center allows them to start challenging negative emotions and thought processes that may have contributed to their opioid use. Under the guidance of our expert team, our patients also learn new skills that help them begin to better manage difficult emotions, stressors, and situations so that they have the tools to prevent future relapse.

Taking part in therapy at Eau Claire CTC can also help our patients discover that they are not alone in their recovery. Many patients meet others who share their experiences and offer support that they can take with them long after they transition out of our care.

This place saved my life. Yes it was hard and yes it took time, but you know it's all worth it if you want to change.
