Increased Precautions We're Taking in Response to COVID-19

LAST UPDATED ON 12/17/2020

As updates on the impact of the coronavirus continue to be released, we want to take a moment to inform you of the heightened preventative measures we have put in place at CTC Programs to keep our patients, their families, and our employees safe. All efforts are guided by and in adherence to the recommendations distributed by the CDC.

In adherence to the social distancing recommendations provided by the CDC, we have implemented strict protocols at our clinic to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

  • Patients who have active symptoms of illness or a fever of 100 degrees or higher must call ahead to arrange after-hours dosing.
  • The number of people allowed inside the building at any given time is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines.
  • The number of people waiting in line is restricted based on county, state, and federal guidelines, and those present must maintain a minimum distance of six feet from one another.
  • To maintain line restrictions, patients are asked to wait in their cars until direction is given.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

Please note that for the safety of our patients, their families, and our staff, on-site visitation is no longer allowed at CTC Programs.

  • This restriction has been implemented in compliance with updated corporate and state regulations to further reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

For specific information regarding these changes and limitations, please contact us directly.

CDC updates are consistently monitored to ensure that all guidance followed is based on the latest information released.

  • All staff has received infection prevention and control training.
  • Thorough disinfection and hygiene guidance has been provided.
  • Patient care supplies such as masks and hand sanitizer are being monitored and utilized.
  • Temperature and symptom screening protocols are in place for all patients and staff.
  • Cleaning service contracts have been reviewed for additional support.
  • Personal protective equipment items are routinely checked to ensure proper and secure storage.
  • CDC informational posters are on display to provide important reminders on proper infection prevention procedures.
  • We are in communication with our local health department to receive important community-specific updates.

The safety of our patients, their families, and our employees is our top priority, and we will remain steadfast in our efforts to reduce any risk associated with COVID-19.

The CDC has provided a list of easy tips that can help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then immediately dispose of the tissue.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are frequently touched.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

About Comprehensive and Integrated Treatment Centers

Medication-Assisted Treatment & Counseling

Learn about how Comprehensive & Integrated Treatment Centers pair medication-assisted treatment with counseling for long-term recovery.

Combining prescription medications through medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with evidence-based counseling is a proven method that helps individuals who are struggling with opioid use disorder achieve successful, long-term recovery. Taking prescription medications as a part of medication-assisted treatment allows you to start participating in routine activities again, while counseling promotes the lifestyle changes needed to help you discover a sober future. Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs) and Integrated Treatment Centers (ITCs) offer both prescription medications and counseling so that individuals who are suffering from opioid addiction can gain the tools they need for lasting recovery.

Individualized Treatment Planning

Learn about the individualized care and treatment you or your loved one receive at Comprehensive & Integrated Treatment Centers.

The battle with opioid addiction is an individual experience that is different for everyone. Each person has their own unique history and stressors that led them to start misusing opioids, and everyone responds to certain treatment modalities and interventions differently than others. When you seek treatment for opioid use disorder at a Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) or Integrated Treatment Center (ITC), your care will be tailored to your specific needs and goals for recovery. The personalized care you receive will address your individual strengths and challenges so that you experience the best outcome possible.

What to Expect During Treatment

What you expect while receiving treatment at a Comprehensive or Integrated Treatment Center.

The care experience at a Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) or Integrated Treatment Center (ITC) starts with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate the best ways to address your current needs. Based on that assessment, the care team will tailor your treatment plan to your unique situation, adjusting as needed depending on your progress and evolution throughout treatment. You will engage in a combination of medication-assisted treatment and evidence-based counseling to help you get on the road to successful, sustained recovery from opioid use disorder.

A Path to Long-Term Recovery

How treatment at a Comprehensive or Integrated Treatment Center sets you up for long-term recovery.

Taking prescription medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and Suboxone can be an effective way to relieve the distressing symptoms associated with opioid withdrawal. But long-term recovery comes from addressing the reasons why you started using opioids in the first place and making the lifestyle changes needed to stay sober. Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs) and Integrated Treatment Centers (ITCs) offer a solid pathway to long-term recovery by providing individuals with the tools they need to live a sober lifestyle — today and well into the future.
