About Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center in Indianapolis, IN

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to adults age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid addiction.

Many years of scientific research indicates that MAT is a safe, effective way of allowing people to achieve long-term recovery from opioid use disorder, which is the clinical term for opioid addiction. Combined with a therapeutic component, the medication element of MAT helps reduce opioid cravings and eliminate the painful withdrawal effects that would otherwise occur.

There are many methadone clinics that use only one type of medication as part of MAT. Our Indianapolis center offers four — methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, and naltrexone. To ensure that we determine which medication and dosage is best for you, our staff of esteemed professionals will administer a thorough assessment prior to admission.

Individualized Treatment for Opioid Addiction in Indianapolis

No two people will have the exact same experience while receiving opioid addiction treatment. We provide personalized treatment plans for adults of all genders that address each patient’s needs rather than treating specific symptoms, as some methadone clinics do.

It has been well documented that the most effective MAT programs contain a therapeutic component. By complementing the medication aspect of MAT with counseling that addresses your mental, social, and cognitive needs, you are in a better position to avoid relapse and sustain recovery.

Our Indianapolis center offers both individual and group therapy. In individual sessions, you’ll sit down with a trained professional to discuss possible reasons why you may have become addicted to opioids and to focus on the best possible plan for long-term recovery. Group sessions pair you with other adults who are working toward recovery so that you can share stories and understand that you’re not alone in this process.

What to Expect at Indianapolis CTC Methadone Clinic

Every person who works at our Indianapolis opioid addiction treatment center has one goal in mind: helping each patient forge a path to recovery. This process starts well before you begin treatment.

When you contact us, we’ll schedule an intake appointment that allows our staff of professionals to ask questions about your medical history and any prior treatment you may have received. You’ll then undergo a series of basic tests, such as a physical examination, that will help us develop the personalized treatment plan that will serve as your guide during your time with us.

A methadone clinic isn’t a place to be afraid of. It’s an atmosphere of positivity that can provide you with physical relief and the mental and emotional understanding that can position you for long-term recovery. If you or someone you know is struggling with opioid addiction, contact our Indianapolis CTC today.
