As part of your intake appointment, you will complete a physical exam with a medical staff member and provide a urine sample for a drug screen. To access our clinic from the Uptown Shelby area, simply head south on Lafayette Street for just under 1 mile before turning left onto Pine Street. Then turn right onto Andrew Jackson Highway/East Dixon Boulevard and travel east for about 3.3 miles. Next, you’ll take a slight right onto East Dixon Boulevard. Then you’ll turn left toward East Dixon Boulevard and left again at the cross street onto East Dixon Boulevard heading west. You’ll find our treatment center at 1895 E. Dixon Blvd., right after you pass Ruby Tuesday and McDonald’s. 

Our clinic location is close to nearby shops, restaurants, and service providers. Additionally, due to our proximity to Uptown Shelby, the city center, we are also within close driving distance of the Cleveland County Courthouse and the local post office.
