Granite Falls Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a leading provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) located in Granite Falls, North Carolina. To visit our treatment center from downtown Granite Falls, head west on Pinewood Road for about half a mile, then turn right onto Falls Avenue (NC-90). Drive straight on Falls Avenue for about 2 miles, then turn left onto River Bend Drive. Continue on River Bend Drive for approximately half a mile, and our clinic at 249 River Bend Drive will be on your left.
