Madison East Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is an outpatient clinic located in Madison, Wisconsin, that serves adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid use disorder, the clinical term for opioid addiction. We provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which combines medications such as methadone with both individual and group therapies, to promote lasting recovery from opioid addiction.
Many methadone clinics that provide MAT only offer one medication, but Madison East CTC offers multiple options, including methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and Suboxone. Taking a medication such as methadone as part of medication-assisted treatment helps reduce opioid cravings and decreases the painful symptoms associated with opioid withdrawal.
