Spencer Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides clinically excellent care for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid use disorder. Located in Spencer, Massachusetts, our center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to help individuals achieve recovery from addictions to opioids, such as heroin, fentanyl, and prescription painkillers. MAT is an evidence-based method that combines FDA-approved medications with counseling to support individuals’ entire well-being.

From our main site at 511 East Columbus Avenue, Springfield, Massachusetts, the drive to Spencer CTC is approximately 42 miles, or one hour, via I-90 E and MA-9 E.
