Elevating Care, Empowering Recovery
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based method of treating opioid use disorder. MAT is a comprehensive treatment model that combines the use of FDA-approved medications — including methadone, Suboxone®, buprenorphine, and naltrexone — with counseling services. The use of medication in our comprehensive MAT programs helps patients by reducing cravings and easing withdrawal symptoms. By using a personalized care model, we are able to fully support our patients as they achieve lasting recovery.
We aim to break the stigma by educating communities about MAT’s life-changing benefits and showcasing how CTCs deliver care that goes above and beyond traditional methods.
Empowering Recovery

“Absolutely best place in the world!
They gave me my life back and I could never ever thank them enough! They stuck by me whenever everyone else left! I’ve tried several ways to get clean and this is the only one that has stuck! I’m at 8 months now completely clean absolutely NO mess-ups and I feel AMAZING!!!!! If you or anyone you know is struggling please contact Mansfield comprehensive treatment center!”

“They saved my life. There is no judgement. There is no malice.
Every single person here has a story or a problem and the staff are there to help you get on and stay on the right track… they may get on your ass but they won’t turn you away. As long as you work your program your program will work for you… Yes there are expectations but you set those expectations… The first 3-4 months I was there I told my counselor I just want to cut my use down by 50-75% and they are okay with that… I ended up being completely sober during my first 90 days and I’m now a phase 4 but the expectations are realistic, the people are real and help is real… If you're ready for change but know you need the help... they are a great place to turn to.”

“I have been to 3 different methadone clinics and CTC is by far my most recommended clinic if you want to be in control of your treatment.
The ENTIRE staff is wonderful but the one person at this clinic that has went above and beyond to help me is my counselor Savanah. I’ve never had anyone so kind, caring, supportive, understanding… the list could go on and on. I highly recommend her to ANYONE struggling with opiate addiction.”

What to Expect at a Comprehensive Treatment Center
Medication-Assisted Treatment & Counseling
Learn about how Comprehensive Treatment Centers pair medication-assisted treatment with counseling for long-term recovery.
Living with an opioid addiction can be an overwhelming and stressful experience. But with the right treatment, it’s possible to rebuild a healthy and happy life. Medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, is a research-backed intervention for opioid use disorder that includes prescription medication and counseling services.
Medication-assisted treatment is a whole-person approach to opioid addiction recovery. This means that it is designed to help people address the physical, emotional, and social aspects of their recovery journey at the same time, providing a well-rounded treatment experience. The medications that are offered in MAT help relieve symptoms of opioid withdrawal and suppress overwhelming opioid cravings. This can provide patients with the physical and mental well-being they need to engage in treatment and experience success. Through counseling, patients can work on achieving the positive changes necessary to help them remain successful on their recovery journeys.
Individualized Treatment Planning
Learn about the individualized care and treatment you or your loved one receive at Comprehensive Treatment Centers.
The battle with opioid addiction is an individual experience that is different for everyone. Each person has their own unique history and stressors that led them to start misusing opioids, and everyone responds to certain treatment modalities and interventions differently than others. When you seek treatment for opioid use disorder at a Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), your care will be tailored to your specific needs and goals for recovery. The personalized care you receive will address your individual strengths and challenges so that you experience the best outcome possible.
What to Expect During Treatment
What you expect while receiving treatment at a Comprehensive Treatment Center.
The outpatient MAT programs at our Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs) serve adults age 18 and older who have opioid addictions. Our CTCs offer a convenient and flexible approach to recovery, allowing patients to continue their regular routines while they receive medication-assisted treatment.
Before you begin receiving treatment at one of our CTCs, you will complete a thorough intake assessment to identify the best ways to address your current needs. This assessment will allow our staff to review your presenting symptoms, medical history, history of substance use, and overall goals for treatment. Based on the results, our staff can tailor your treatment plan to include the medication and counseling services that may be most appropriate for you. Throughout your time in our MAT program, your care team will deliver personalized services and adjust your treatment plan as needed depending on your needs and progress. Their overall goal will be to help you get on the road to lasting recovery from opioid use disorder.
